Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on November 18, 2025.

I am working to make my site, www.randybazile.com accessible to people with disabilities.

1. General Commitment

Randy Bazile is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. I believe that inspiration, art, and the message of faith should be accessible to all, regardless of technology or ability. I am continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards to ensure this digital space is inclusive.

2. Measures to Support Accessibility

I am taking the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Alt Text: As a graphic designer, I strive to include descriptive "Alt Text" on images and graphics so that screen reader users can understand the visual content.

  • Contrast & Readability: I aim to use color combinations that provide sufficient contrast for text and background elements.

  • Keyboard Navigation: Ensuring the website is navigable without a mouse.

  • Multimedia: Where possible, I provide lyrics for music tracks and text alternatives for audio content to assist users who are deaf or hard of hearing.

3. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Randy Bazile is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard, but I am actively working to address these areas.
